Correct operation of accidental water inflow of high voltage motor

It is necessary to stop the equipment and repair the high-voltage motor when it accidentally enters the water. It is suggested that the repair should be carried out by an experienced master, and newcomers should not do it privately, otherwise it will cause secondary damage to the motor. First, remove the fan cover of the motor, remove the blades behind the motor with a pulley (or from the rear end cover without a pulley), unscrew six or eight bolts on the end cover, disassemble the bearing end cover and the post cover of the motor, and pull out the rotor; Then put the stator upright, put it in the stator hole with a 200-watt bulb and bake it for 2 hours. Remember to seal the upper end of the stator with a proper cover when baking, so that the heat dissipation of the stator is not too fast, just keep it at 80 ~ 100 C, and measure the insulation resistance with a megger. During disassembly, try not to damage the enameled wire. If the insulation layer of the enameled wire is damaged, you can go to the store selling enameled wire and sell some insulating paint to dry it. There is also the problem of bearing. If there is no bearing with dust cover, kerosene or diesel oil can be used to clean it and add appropriate calcium-based grease lubricant. If the bearing with dust cover can be baked at 80 ~ 100 C for two hours, you can also bake the light bulb under the stator and gently press the bearing on the light bulb together. Then clean up the sundries in the machine seat and end cover, and put them back step by step. After completion, carry out no-load test and confirm that there is no abnormality before use.
